Service Description
Get a sweat on, fire up your muscles, and have a little fitness fun in a group class setting. A class will include: - Demonstration & Instruction of workout design and exercises - Dynamic warmup and stretching (3-5 minutes) - 24-40 minutes of exercise (circuits, stations, rounds) - Cooldown...stretching...recovery
