Step Above was inspired and founded by Dave Myers. After competing in sports all through his youth he took to motivating, instructing and training track and field athletes from 2005 to 2009. 

This laid the foundation for an incredible career path to help everyone meet and exceed their personal fitness goals. In 2014 he completed his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength & Conditioning. Dave's tireless work ethic and constant pursuit of exceptional training blossomed into establishing Step Above Training in August of 2019.  Since then Step Above has excelled its elite training abilities in 3 primary services: 



Step Above Training establishes a foundation for each individuals fitness journey. 

Training will include constant direction and design from our experienced training staff. Workouts will be designed specifically for their training goals and needs


            HIIT Class


A 60 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout for large groups (4-24 participants). Designed and instructed by our experienced training staff. These workouts challenge individuals mentally and physically. The experience and community of members is far more than just a calorie burn  

            SMALL GROUP                          TRAINING


A training style designed for 2 to 4 clients with same or similar goals. Sessions can be 30 - 60 minutes long based on needs of group.
